Petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.732/2013 under Sections 302/201 IPC, Police Station Govind Puri. 2.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that 22 out of 29 witnesses have already been examined and the next date before the Trial Court is 23.03.2018. He submits that the remaining witnesses are official/formal witnesses.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, submits BAIL APPLN.869/2017
that in case directions are issued for expeditious disposal, he would not press the present petition.

In view of the above, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of evidence of the remaining witnesses and to conclude the trial preferably within a period of four months from today.
