% 02.12.2015 I.A. No.24727/2015 (u/O 23 R 3 CPC) in CS(OS) No.3778/2014 Parties have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 30th October, 2015, which has been signed by the parties and their counsels. Settlement Agreement is marked as 'Mark C-1'. I do not find the terms of settlement to be in conflict with any law.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement as contained in 'Mark C-1'. It is submitted that suit be disposed of in terms of 'Mark C-1'.

certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.

Date fixed in the matter, that is, 8th January, 2016 before the Joint Registrar is cancelled.
