% 17.05.2017 During pendency of disciplinary proceedings, petitioner had made a grievance by way of a writ petition about some documents not being supplied to him during the course of inquiry. The said writ petition stood disposed of vide order of 7th November, 2016 wherein it was observed that it would be open to respondents to supply such documents within a week, as may be available with them or which can be shared with petitioner. According to counsel for petitioner, no copies of documents have been supplied to petitioner in pursuance to the directions issued on 7th November, 2016.

During the course of hearing, petitioner's counsel had informed that inquiry is over and petitioner has been called upon to submit a representation before the Disciplinary Authority. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that without requisite Cont.Cas(C) 374/2017

documents, representation cannot be made to the Disciplinary Authority. Upon hearing, I find that in the order of 7th November, 2016, vide which petitioner's writ petition is disposed of, there was no clear cut direction to supply the documents, copies of order sheets and annexures mentioned at page 73 to 134. If petitioner is unable to make a representation for want of documents, then the said grievance can be made in his representation before the concerned authorities.
