% 22.04.2024 Learned counsel for the decree-holder states that a moratorium is in place with respect to all the judgment debtors, at the instance of the decree-holder. He states that the decree-holder's claims are consequently pending before the appropriate authorities. He states that no further orders are required in these enforcement proceedings, but seeks an opportunity to institute appropriate proceedings, if necessary, at a further stage. The enforcement proceedings are disposed of, with liberty as aforesaid.
