ORDER
% 22.11.2017 By these petitions, it is prayed that following cross FIRs may be quashed :- FIR No. 287/2016 under Sections 323/354/354D/452/509/34 IPC registered at police station Neb Sarai on the complaint of Ms. Soni @ Rita, (respondent no.2 in Cr1. M.C. 1964/20 17), who is sister of Suraj Rawat (respondent no.3 in Cr1. M.C. 1964/20 17 and petitioner no.1 in Cr1. M.C. 195 1/2017). In this FIR, respondent nos. 3 and 4 in Cr1. M.C. 1964/20 17 had also sustained injuries; and FIR No. 285/2016 under Sections 307/323/34 IPC
registered at police station Neb Sarai on the complaint of Rohit Verma (respondent no.2 in Cr1. M.C. 195 1/2017 and petitioner no.1 inCrLM.C. 1964/2017).
It is submitted that petitioners and private respondents in both the petitions are neighbours. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter which had led to registration of afore-mentioned FIRs. Now, with the intervention of their common friends and other family members, petitioners and private respondents have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, afore-mentioned FIRs may be quashed. All the complainants/ private respondents, namely, Rohit Verma, Gulshan, Sanjay, Ajay, Soni @ Rita, Suraj Rawat and Tulsi Devi are present in Court along with their respective counsel. They submit that they have settled their disputes amicably and have no objection in case their respective FIR is quashed. 4, Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and private respondents voluntarily, in the interest of justice, afore-mentioned FIRs and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Both the petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
