Learned counsels for both the parties submit that the parties have amicably settled their disputes. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the petitioner's affidavit dated 17^*^ December, 2019 in W.P.(C) 5512/2016. The petitioner has paid the settlement amount to the respective respondents, the details whereof are recorded in para-5 of the affidavit. 2.

In view of the settlement between the parties, the respondents are not entitled for any further amount from the petitioner. 3.

The writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties. Pending applications are disposed of. 4.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
