W.P.(C) 9222/2018 Learning counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner after making lengthy submissions, limits the relief in the present petition to a direction to the respondent No.2, the Registrar, Delhi Nursing Council, to issue a cumulative mark sheet to her for all the three years of study undertaken by her in the GNM course conducted by the Tirath Ram Shah Hospital. Issue notice.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 states that, they will issue a cumulative mark sheet of GNM course, to the petitioner, expeditiously in accordance with law.
