O R D E R

By this petition, petitioner seeks parole and also challenges the communication dated 12th July, 2018 whereby his application seeking parole to file special leave petition has been dismissed by the competent authority. 2.

A status report has been filed. As per the status report, mother and brother of the petitioner were found residing at House No. TA-278/5-2, Street No.5, Tughlakabad, Kalkaji, Delhi however, they stated that the petitioner is an addict and they have no control over the petitioner and he used to live on the footpath outside New Delhi/ Old Delhi Railway Station. 3.

Considering the facts verified and the fact that the petitioner has no roots in the society, this Court does not find any error in the impugned order or direct release of the petitioner on parole. Further the Special leave petition can also be filed from the jail through the legal aid available in the W.P.(CRL) 2604/2018

jail.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
