The undertaking furnished on behalf of the Commissioner, SDMC is hereby accepted, directing him to comply therewith, without demur. CONT.CAS.(C) 651/2018

With the above directions, the petition is disposed of reserving the right to the petitioner to revive the same in the event the Commissioner, SDMC does not comply with the undertaking furnished by them before this Court today.
