This is an application filed jointly by the LR of decree holder and the LRs of judgment-debtor No. 2 for recording of satisfaction of Arbitral Award dated 03.12.1997 passed by the Sole Arbitrator in Claim V of 1997. 2.

The parties have settled their disputes.

The order is dictated in the presence of Mr. Kamlesh Kumar who is present in Court and is identified by Mr. Mehta, learned counsel for the decree-holder.
