% 02.05.2016 By order dated 9th March, 2016, the matter was referred to Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. After various meetings, the disputes between the parties have been resolved. The terms and conditions of the settlement are mentioned in para 5 of the Settlement Agreement dated 27th April, 2016 which is duly signed by the parties as well as their respective counsel. It is also signed by the learned Mediator. The original Settlement Agreement is placed on the record. The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. In view of the settlement, as agreed, the present petition is disposed of.
