% 09.08.2017 Pursuant to the order dated 31.05.2017 Jaideep Seth is present in the Court today. Learned counsels for parties states that the disputes in all the three above suits were settled before the Mediation, and Coneiliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi vide a settlement agreement dated 26.05.2017. The settlement agreement has been filed on record and terms of settlement have been described in paras No.l to 10.
Learned counsel for parties under instructions of their clients submit that all the parties have undertaken to adhere to the terms and conditions of settlement agreement dated 26.05.2017 and shall be
bound by it. The settlement has been arrived at between the parties with the consent of each of them without any pressure or undue influence.
Accordingly, the suit(s) are disposed of having been compromised in terms of settlement agreement dated 26.05.2017. The terms of settlement as embodied therein shall form part of the decree. The pending application(s)/petition are also disposed of. As the matter has been settled through mediation, the plaintiff(s) shall be entitled to refund of Court Fees per Section 16A of the "Court Fees Act.
Decree Sheet be drawn accordingly.
