In the present two matters, the petitioners are seeking quashing of FIR Nos.122/2012 and FIR No.22/2015.

learned Trial Court has already taken cognizance whereas in other matter related to CRL.M.C. 2028/2015, cognizance is yet to be taken. 3.

He submits that as per the instructions, the petitioners, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, do not press the present petitions at this juncture and would raise all the contentions, raised herein, before the learned Trial Court, at appropriate stage.

In view of the above, the petitions stand disposed of, as not pressed. 5.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 7.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
