% 28.03.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 26th August, 2015 passed in W.P.(C) 7496/2014 whereby the rejection of alternate plot to the petitioner in lieu of land acquired was set aside and a direction was issued to the respondents to pass a fresh order after giving a personal hearing to the petitioner within four months. Today in Court, learned counsel for respondents has handed over a photocopy of the minutes of the Recommendation Committee dated 2nd February, 2017 as well as a photocopy of the letter dated 28th March, 2017 by virtue of which the petitioner's case has been recommended for allotment of alternate plot. The said documents are taken on record. In view thereof, present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied and the notices issued are discharge.
