% 02.02.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and complainant have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 30th January, 2018. Settlement Agreement has been received from the Mediation Centre. Counsel for the complainant is present in Court and admits the factum of settlement. He submits that complainant has no objection in case the anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and complainant before the Mediation Centre, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the

Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
