% 12.02.2016 1.
The appeal impugns a money decree dated 2nd January, 2015 of the Court of Additional District Judge, Central-16 in CS no.63/14/11 bearing UID No.02401C0182212011,for damages on account of mental agony. 2.
Notice of the appeal was issued and the parties referred to the Mediation Cell of this Court.

Mediation has been successful with the efforts of Mr. Arjun Pant, Advocate / Mediator and Settlement Agreement dated 8th January, 2016 signed by the authorised representative of the appellant and by the respondents and by the Advocates for the parties and the Mediator has been received in this Court.

Both parties support the Settlement Agreement. 5.
The compromise is found to be lawful and is allowed. RFA NO.727/2015
6.
The judgment and decree impugned under this appeal is modified in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 8th January, 2016 which shall form part of the decree sheet.

Decree sheet be drawn up.
8.
The amount deposited in this Court together with interest accrued thereon be refunded to the appellant.
