% 04.09.2018 We find no infirmity with the order impugned in this case which merely directed the presence of Babbar S. J. Bahadur for recording of his statement. Besides the appeal is plainly not maintainable having regard to the plain terms of Section 13 of the Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Act, 2015 and the previous decisions of the Division Bench of this Court. The appeal along with pending applications is consequently dismissed.
