No. 20225/2015 (for direction) This petition has already been disposed of on 18th May, 2015 and North MCD was directed to take steps against the unauthorised construction and submit status report. Affidavit was filed by the Executive Engineer on 19th January, 2016 stating therein unauthorised construction was booked, inasmuch as demolition order was passed on 16th June, 2015 and demolition action was taken. No further orders are required to be passed. This application is dismissed.
