This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers: - "a. Issue an order, direction or writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 1 to 3 to provide free access to the residents of Block H-1, Sharma Colony, Budh Vihar Phase-2, Delhi to their right to use and enjoy public road, public park and public amenities removing hindrances created by residents of Pocket 15A, Sector 24, Rohini, Delhi; and b. Issue order, direction or writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No. 1 to take appropriate legal action against the residents of respondent No.4 restraining them from The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. creating any hindrance in right to use public road and public parks in Pocket 15 and Pocket 15A, Sector 24, Rohini by the residents of Sharma Colony, Budh Vihar Phase-2, Rohini, Delh; and/or c. Grant compensation to the people of Sharma Colony, Budh Vihar Phase-2 and its adjoining Pocket 15A, Sector 24 Rohini for causing hindrance to their right to use public road, streets, parks in Pocket 15 and 15A of Rohini Sector 24, Delhi by respondent No.4: and"

Ms. Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Delhi Development Authority ("DDA") i.e., respondent No. 2, states that the DDA is duty bound to ensure that all public roads and public paths are open to all persons who wish to use the same. She further states that the DDA will ensure that the public parks as well as public roads as mentioned in the present petition are open to all persons intending to use the same.

The statement of Ms. Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the DDA, is taken on record and the respondent DDA shall ensure the same.

Additionally, respondent Nos. 1 and 3 shall also assist the DDA and ensure due compliance.

The SHO, PS Vijay Vihar shall ensure compliance of the same. 6.
The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, along with pending applications if any.
