Learned counsel for respondents has handed over a copy of trial court's order of 30th October, 2018 to show that petitioner/complainant has shifted to rented accommodation.

Learned counsel for first respondent submits that this petition and the application has become infructuous. Perhaps, for this reason, there is no appearance on behalf of petitioner.

Accordingly this petition and the application are dismissed in default.
