% 28.08.2018 Mr. Sanjay Sharawat, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition, in view of the circumstance that the order impugned in the present petition is an appealable order within the meaning of Section 18 of National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993.
Leave granted.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly, whilst reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the order impugned in the present petition in the statutory appeal before the Appellate Authority, National Council for Teacher Education (for short 'NCTE'). W.P.(C) 9002/2018
Needless to state that, if an appeal is instituted on behalf of the petitioner before the Appellate Authority, NCTE, the same shall be determined, in accordance with law, within a reasonable period of time, as provided for in the subject statute.
