He has tendered in this Court communication dated 13.10.2017 issued by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India to him which is taken on record. Counsel for the petitioner confirms the same.

The contempt petition stands disposed of.

The petitioner shall continue to be paid his salary on regular basis punctually in future as well subject to final decision in the writ petition.
