W.P.(Crl.) No.2544/2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks extension of parole for repair of his jhuggi. The petitioner was granted parole by this Court for a period of six weeks vide order dated 9th July, 2018 for the same purpose i.e. for repairing the jhuggi which is in dilapidated condition and to arrange money for its maintenance.

No further extension of parole on this ground can be granted. Petition is dismissed.
