% 05.09.2016 Crl.M.A. 13703/2016 (Restoration) The present application has been filed for recalling of order dated 07.04.2016 vide which the petition was dismissed for nonprosecution. Perusal of record shows that after the dismissal of the petition, an application bearing Crl.M.A. No.8754/2016 for restoration was moved which was also dismissed on 24.08.2016 for non-prosecution. After hearing the counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that no ground is made out to restore the petition. Application is accordingly dismissed.
