3. It is seen that the matter has been settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 23rd May 2016. It is further seen that the terms of the settlement refer to a partition suit, CS (OS) No. 175 of 2016 (Raj Kumar Gupta v. Bimbla Agarwal). It appears that the said suit has already been disposed of on 3rd September 2016 in terms of the settlement dated 23rd May 2016.
