% 27.09.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted, on instructions, that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition seeking quashing of the FIR No.12/2015 under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/506/120-B IPC of Police Station New Friends Colony on the basis of Deed of Settlement dated 25.07.2016 read with supplementary Deed of Settlement dated 01.11.2016, the petitioners seeking liberty to approach the trial court by an application to be jointly filed with the opposite party for compounding of such offences as may be permitted to CRL.M.C. 3414/2016
be compounded under Section 320 Cr.P.C. and make appropriate request, vis-a-vis the other alleged offences at the trial, in the event of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. being filed by the investigating agency. The petition and the applications filed therewith stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. R.K.GAUBA, J.
