% 11.11.2016 Counsel for the respondent has put his appearance. He submits that there is no need to file counter affidavit. The prayer made in the writ petition has been perused. The prayer is to the effect that the respondent should place the application of the petitioner seeking sanction of his property bearing Khasra Nos. 7/17/2, 7/16, 8/11, 8/20/1 and 8/13 situated in the Revenue Estate of village Khampur, Narela before the committee constituted by the respondent to consider the sanction of motels and thereafter pass a reasoned order. Learned counsel for the respondent under instructions submits that this prayer can be acceded to. On the fresh committee of the respondent being constituted, the application seeking sanction of the aforenoted property of the petitioner shall be placed before the newly constituted

committee of the respondent who shall thereafter pass a reasoned order. Needless to state that if this order adversely affects the right of the petitioner, he would be at liberty to take appropriate steps as per law.

Petition disposed of.
