% 18.05.2016 Learned counsel for the parties submits that the valuation of the suit property for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction is less than two crores and plaintiff's address is falls within the jurisdiction of Central District. Though addresses of defendants 1 to 3 are outside the territory of Delhi and cause of action was also arose in the plaintiff company which falls within the jurisdiction of Central District as such requests to send the matter before the Ld District & Session Judge ( Central District), Tis Hazari Court , Delhi.

In view of the submission and facts alleged in the present case, the matter be sent to the Ld District & Session Judge, (Central District) Tis Hazari Court.

Parties be directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Court on 12.08.2016 .
