O R D E R

% 22.05.2017 The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 prays as follows:- "(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of habeas corpus with direction to respondents to produce the minor children of petitioner from the custody respondents No.3 to as they are in unlawful confinement of said respondents.

(b) pass such any other or further order(s), which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case."

Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 11.05.2017, respondent Nos.3 to 5, along with the children of the petitioner, namely, Master Ayaan Ali and Baby Aleena are present in Court today.

We have spoken to the children in the chamber and have been apprised

that they are regularly studying in schools and residing with their paternal grandmother.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties inform us at the Bar that legal proceedings for the custody of the minor children are currently underway before the competent court.

In this view of the matter, no further directions are required in the present petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. Dasti.
