The present Eviction Petition is filed seeking transfer of arbitration case No. 156/2016 titled 'MTNL vs. Safe-Ex Transporters Pvt. Ltd.' pending in the court of ADJ-01, Dwarka Courts, Delhi to the court of ADJ - 03, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi where the arbitration case No. 13765/2015 titled 'MTNL vs. Transcon India Pvt. Ltd.' and Execution Petition bearing No.39/2016 titled 'M/s.Transcon India Pvt. Ltd. vs. MTNL' and Execution Petition No. 38/2016 titled as "Safe-Ex Transporters Pvt. Ltd. vs. MTNL" are pending.

It is submitted that the issues raised in the execution petitions and the two petitions filed by the respondents are more or less identical and hence may be heard together.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the present

petition.

Accordingly, the petition titled MTNL vs. Safe-Ex Transporters Pvt.Ltd. pending in the court of ADJ-01, Dwarka Courts, Delhi will stand transferred to be heard by the court of ADJ -03, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi where the arbitration case No. 13765/2015 titled MTNL vs. Transcon India Pvt.

Ltd.

and Execution Petition bearing No.39/2016 titled M/s.Transcon India Pvt. Ltd. vs. MTNL and and Execution Petition No. 38/2016 titled as "Safe-Ex Transporters Pvt. Ltd. vs. MTNL" are pending. 5.

Petition and all pending applications stand disposed of. 6.

A copy of this order be given dasti under signatures of the court master.
