% 12.05.2017 Petitioner was a candidate in MCD, 2017 elections. Petitioner has been held unsuccessful in the election. Petitioner has challenged the election on the ground that various irregularities were conducted including that voters' list was changed at the last moment.
Remedy of filing election petition is available to petitioner. Accordingly, writ petition is not entertained and is dismissed.
