% 01.08.2017 Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has placed on record a letter dated 30.06.2017 by the Enforcement of Directorate to the Axis Bank / Respondent No. 2. It has been placed on record. This letter informs the bank that the investigation with regard to the aspect of money laundering which has been carried out under the provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 is complete and the bank may take action as per the norms. Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 additionally points out that the petitioner is now permitted to operate his bank account as per the bank norms; petition has become infructuous.

Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
