% 10.02.2016 Present writ petition is disposed of with the directions to SDM/RA, Kanjhawala, Delhi to dispose of the petitioners' application filed by them under Appendix VI Rule 14 of Delhi Land Reforms Rules, 1954 in case no. 1198/RA/87 for setting aside the ex-parte order dated 18.12.1987 (Annexure-G) within two months by a speaking order after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. SDM shall communicate the order to the petitioners.

Till then, status quo shall be maintained by the parties in respect of the land in question.
