Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent company invites my attention to the report of the Mediator dated 20th November 2016 to urge that the parties hereto have arrived at a settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 20th November 2016 amicably resolving the underlying dispute that arises in the present petition. Counsel for the respondent company further states that the amount settled by and between the parties, in terms of the Settlement Agreement, has already been paid to the petitioner. In view of the forgoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent company states that nothing survives in the present petition and that it may be disposed of as having been settled.
