% 18.10.2016 Marriage of petitioner's niece is fixed for 27.10.2016. This fact has been verified by the State.

Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole w.e.f. 24th October, 2016 till 1st November, 2016 subject to his furnishing a personal bail bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. After expiry of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
