% 16.09.2016 Respondent No.1 is the daughter of respondent No.2. The present FIR No.292/2015 was registered at police station R.K. Puram under section 354/354-D/509/323/34 IPC against the petitioner on the complaint of the respondent No.2.

The petitioner Nos.1 to 5 are the neighbours of respondent No.2 & 3.

Respondent No.2 alleges in the FIR that the petitioners made obscene remarks against her and against her daughter and also quarrelled with them and caused hurt to them. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on the complaint of petitioner No.3 a cross FIR No.291/2015 under Section 354/451/323/34 IPC was registered against the respondent No.2 & 3 and against the son of respondent No.2.

The matter has been compromised between the petitioner and respondent No.2 vide Compromise Deed dated 31.08.2016. It is further

pointed out that cross FIR No.291/2015 has already been quashed by the learned Single Judge of this court in Crl. M. C. No.3392/2016. Keeping in mind the above facts and circumstances, the present FIR No.292/2015 registered at police station R.K. Puram under section 354/354-D/509/323/34 IPC is quashed.
