The appellant/husband is aggrieved by a consent order dated 13.01.2017 passed by the learned Family Court wherein after recording the statements of the parties, an agreed amount of Rs.5,000/- p.m. was fixed towards pendente lite maintenance payable to the respondent w.e.f. 01.06.2016 to 31.12.2016 and Rs.6,000/- p.m. payable w.e.f. 01.01.2017. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the appellant/husband seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal. 3.
