Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that defendant no.2 is located at Okhla Industrial Area which falls under the jurisdiction of District South-East Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District South-East Delhi. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court(South-East), Saket Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (SouthEast), Saket, Delhi on 19.04.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
