The matter has been mutually settled between the parties. It is agreed that the Insurance Company shall pay a lumpsum amount of Rs.1,00,000/- over and above the award of the learned Tribunal. 2.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the Insurance Company is directed to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- within four weeks from today before the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee (DHCLSC) failing which it shall carry interest @ 7.5% per annum. The DHCLSC shall then release the amount to the claimant subject to the fulfilment of requisite formalities. Consequently, the appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
