Instant appeal is listed at serial No.10 in the list of Final Hearing Matters circulated to the Members of the Bar on November 08, 2016, when the present Bench was constituted. Items No.1, 2, 4 and 19 were disposed of during last 7 days after this Bench was constituted. Items No.3, 4, 6 and 7 were listed on different dates indicated in the cause list at joint request made by learned counsel for said parties.

Yesterday, instant matter was effectively at serial No.6. One out of the five matters above the instant matter was disposed of and in four matters, at request of learned counsel for the parties, in the cause list the dates on which said four final hearing matters would be taken up were indicated. Meaning thereby, learned counsel for the parties were intimated, through the cause list uploaded on the website of this Court last evening, that the instant MAT.A.(F.C.) 58/2015
matter would be the second matter on the Board for final hearing today. 3.
