% 18.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to establish social ties and to file the Special Leave Petition. The petitioner has been convicted for the murder of his own children. The petitioner is also suffering from ailments and is under regular treatment at IBHAS including admissions at times. The wife of the petitioner is apprehensive of his conduct if released from jail as she even tried to meet him twice in jail but the petitioner refused to meet her. In a situation where the petitioner refuses to meet family members in jail, one fails to understand what social ties does he want to maintain after coming out. W.P.(CRL) 1433/2017
Considering the fact that the Special Leave Petition can be filed through jail, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.
Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Mandoli Jail.
