% 31.07.2017 Mr.Ashosk Gurnani, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that he has instructions from petitioner No.1 to state that petitioner No.2 has gone to her parents' house. He further submits on instructions that he does not want to pursue the petition on behalf of the petitioner No.1. This petition was filed by both the petitioners for their protection from respondents No.4 and 5 on the ground that petitioners had solemnized their marriage on 5th March, 2017 as per Hindu rites and customs. Since respondents No.4 and 5 were opposed to their marriage, there was threat to their life. In these circumstances, when the petitioner No.2 has already left the company of the petitioner and gone to her parents' house, nothing survives in this petition. The same is disposed of accordingly.
