% 26.09.2017 This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. RC 2(A)/2006-ACU-IX/CBI on the ground of an inordinate delay in concluding the investigation.

Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned Special Public Prosecutor, on the strength of the relevant documents, has submitted that the case against the petitioner has been closed by the CBI. It has also been submitted that a report in this regard has also been submitted before the learned Trial Court.

Thus, there remains no requirement of passing any further order in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the counsel for the
