% 04.03.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is in progress and the evidence of the petitioner is on. Apart from the petitioner, there would be one more witness on behalf of the petitioner/landlord. Per contra, the tenant will also have two witnesses.

In this background, the Trial Court shall endeavour to expedite the trial and dispose of the matter expeditiously and preferably within an outer limit of 10 months from today.

Petition disposed of.
