The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an order dated 01.10.2014 passed by the Competition Commission of India (hereafter 'CCI') under Section 26(1) of the Competition Act, 2002 (hereafter 'the Act'). The order dated 01.10.2014 (hereafter 'the impugned order') is similar to the order dated 25.08.2014 impugned in W.P.(C) Nos. 1807/2015, 1810/2015, 4024/2015, 4046/2015, 4048/2015 & 4051/2015.

In view of the directions passed today in W.P.(C) Nos. 1807/2015, 1810/2015, 4024/2015, 4046/2015, 4048/2015 & 4051/2015, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remanded to CCI for fresh consideration. The present petition shall be considered by CCI albeit as representation made by the petitioner and CCI shall pass such order as it considers fit, within a period of eight weeks after affording the petitioner an opportunity W.P.(C) 5020/2015

of being heard.
