O R D E R

% 21.08.2015 I.A. No. 17416/2015 (u/O 23 R 3 CPC) Parties have settled their disputes on the terms and conditions as stipulated in para 2 of the application, which is marked as Mark 'C-1'. Application has been signed by the parties and their respective counsel, inasmuch as, supported by the affidavits of Mr. Shashi Chaudhri, Attorney of plaintiff and defendant nos. 2 and 3.

I do not find the terms of settlement to be contrary to law.

It is reiterated by the counsel for the plaintiff that no damages are pressed by the plaintiff.

Accordingly, suit is disposed of in terms of Mark 'C-1', which shall form part of the decree. Date fixed in the matter, that is, 11th September, 2015 is cancelled. Since parties have settled their disputes at the initial stages, let 50% of

the court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry.
