O R D E R

% 22.09.2016 Counsel for the petitioners submits that he has obtained instructions and the demarcation of the boundaries of Shahzada Bagh Industrial area will be carried out by the SDM and the cost shall be borne by the petitioners.

The appropriate application to the said effect shall be moved by the petitioners before the SDM and the SDM will direct the concerned Tehsildar / Competent Authority to carry out the demarcation which will be carried out by the Total Station Method (TSM). Cost of the same shall be borne by the petitioners.

This Court notes that the Delhi Government/Revenue Department is not a party in this petition. Counsel for GNCTD is

present today. She is informed of the afore noted order. Copy of the same be given to counsel for Delhi Government for compliance. On the petitioners moving the application before the SDM, the respondent will dispose of his prayer within an outer limit of four months. No coercive steps will be taken against the petitioner till next 3 weeks during which period of time the petitioner will move the appropriate application before the SDM; he may also file an interim application before the concerned authority for an interim order. This application will also be considered by the competent authority on merits influenced by any observations made in this order. Order dasti.
