% 28.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition. Learned counsel states that appropriate remedies would be resorted to in the pending appeal for the year 2009-10 before the Objection Hearing Authority; in the event of favourable order, it is open to the petitioner to seek refund to the extent they become due-in such eventuality the order impugned creating "Zero Demand" will obviously not act as barrier in the way of its claim.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application.
