Reference note of the cash branch wherein it is requested to clarify the ratio mentioned in the order dated 9.2.2018 and 11.3.19 for complying the directions mentioned in the said orders. In view of the above, the case may be sent to listing branch for listing the matter before the Hon'ble court for directions. Learned counsel for the claimants viz. respondent No.3, 4 and 5 is present in the Court and submit though the order dated 09.02.2018 in para 4 have clarified the shares of respondents No.1 to 5 being equal in the award amount but yet in para 6 of the order it has directed the release of 1/3rd of the decretal amount to respondent No.3; 1/3rd to respondent No.4 and 1/3rd to the LRs of respondent

No.5. On an objection raised by the Cash Branch the matter has been sent by the Registrar to this Court. The learned counsel for respondent No.3,4 and 5 submits only 1/5th of decretal amount has to go to each of the respondents No.1 to 5. The order dated 09.02.2018 is modified to this effect. The amount so deposited be released to respondents No.1 to 5 in the share of 1/5th each. Rest of the order dated 09.02.2018 shall remain the same.
