% 11.05.2017 The learned additional standing counsel submits that a report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. on conclusion of investigation into FIR No. 575/2011 of police station IGI Airport under Sections 420/468/471 and under Section 14, Foreigners Act, 1946 was filed in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate on 31st August, 2016 and that the said case is now pending before Ms. Jyoti Kler, Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, New Delhi at Patiala House where the date of hearing is 2nd November, 2017. In view of this submission, the counsel for the petitioner submits, he is under instructions to withdraw this petition. It is dismissed accordingly.
